Quick fixes for common issues and how to contact support.

Start here (quick checks)

Before diving deep:

  • Refresh the page
  • Try an incognito/private window
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions (temporarily)

If something is “missing”

Confirm you’re in the right place:

  • Right website/workspace
  • Right user permissions
  • Right environment (preview vs live)

Team member order is not saving

  • Drag reorder is disabled while team search is active. Clear search before dragging.
  • Wait for the save toast/response after reordering multiple members.
  • Refresh the Team tab to confirm persisted order.
  • If order still resets, verify your account has edit permissions for that website.

Imported store categories are missing

  • Imports pull categories from multiple source patterns (JSON-LD, breadcrumbs, Woo category links), but some source sites still need manual cleanup.
  • Open the imported product in Products and assign missing categories manually.
  • Recheck the migration report for warnings tied to that product URL.

Compare-at pricing is not showing

  • Compare-at is only shown when it is greater than the active unit price.
  • Check the active currency and variant combination; compare-at is evaluated per active price row.
  • Confirm the product is active and has at least one valid one-time amount for the storefront card/detail views.

Storefront product preview is unavailable

  • View Storefront only opens a public product page for products that are both Active and Public.
  • If the product is private, use its funnel or checkout link instead.
  • If the product is inactive, turn Active on first, then retry the storefront preview.

Migration visual compare is unavailable or incomplete

  • Visual compare requires a public website host. If the site is only on a local/private host, compare actions will not run.
  • Use Compare all first, then open a page and switch between Side by side, Overlay, and Diff only to validate layout differences.
  • If screenshots look cut off, use the page-level action to load a longer compare capture and retry.
  • Mark completed checks with Review complete so reviewed counts stay accurate across migration pages.

Migrated PatientBase widgets are missing or still processing

  • Current PatientBase migrations preserve more widget types than before, including videos, audio, galleries, countdowns, social links, progress bars, and embed code blocks.
  • Large or remote videos can keep importing after the page content appears. Wait for the migration run to finish before treating a missing video as final.
  • Check Videos for imported assets, then review migration warnings tied to the affected page if something is still blank.
