What the Email Builder does

The Email Builder lets you create email layouts visually: drag blocks into place, adjust styles, and preview before sending.

Where you’ll use it

  • Campaigns: open a campaign and click Design email.
  • Flows: add an email step and design it in Email Step.

Open a campaign

Open Campaigns and select a campaign.

Launch the builder

In Email content, click Design email.

Add blocks

Drag blocks from Blocks into the canvas.

Save your changes

Use Save in the builder toolbar when you’re ready.

Newer block workflows

  • Build emails from dynamic content blocks, including Blog Posts, Team Spotlight, and Countdown.
  • Blog and team blocks can refresh from live website content before preview/send.
  • Countdown blocks support date/time, timezone-aware display text, click-through links, and visual style controls.
