Email Blocks
Use prebuilt block templates from the Blocks tab.
What this does
The Blocks tab contains reusable block templates provided for your website. These are different from individual widgets and can pull from live website content.
How to use Blocks

Open the Blocks tab
In the Email Builder sidebar, choose Blocks.

Drag a block into the canvas
Drop it into the Header, Body, or Footer region.

Customize the content
Select the block and update its settings.
Dynamic blocks available now
- Blog Posts: show your latest posts, or pin a specific post.
- Team Spotlight: feature one team member with profile details and booking/profile links.
- Countdown: add an image-based countdown timer for launches, promos, or events.
Common block controls
- Source mode for dynamic blocks (for example latest vs specific item)
- Layout and alignment options
- Show/hide toggles for image, excerpt, date, and CTA elements
- Style controls (colors, spacing, and card/button appearance)
- Refresh actions to sync from current blog/team content before send
Countdown notes
- Countdown blocks render as an email-safe image for better inbox compatibility.
- You can set target date, width, border radius, click-through link, and color palette.
- Timezone behavior follows your website timezone, with an optional timezone note under the timer.
