What this does
AI can generate a new email layout or rewrite your existing content.
Generate with AI

Open the AI dialog
In the Email Builder toolbar, click Ask AI.

Describe the email
Fill out Describe the email and use Add reference if you want to include screenshots, files, or other saved assets. You can use the microphone button to dictate prompt text.

Choose options
Optional toggles:
- Replace existing content (rewrite the body)
- Allow header edits
- Allow footer edits

Generate
Click Generate and review the result.
Tips
- Use Add reference when you want the draft to stay closer to an existing layout, screenshot, or campaign asset.
- If a longer run times out, retry with a shorter prompt or fewer references. The dialog now stops very long requests with a clear error instead of waiting indefinitely.
- Leave Allow header edits and Allow footer edits off when you want your current global header and footer to stay unchanged.
